Surgical Innovation Associates (SIA) has announced the appointment of Jason O’Hearn as chief commercial officer. O’Hearn brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial organizations for aesthetic and regenerative medical devices to the position. He previously held executive roles within Sientra and Mentor Corporation, a division of Johnson & Johnson. He has led global sales, including both the introduction of new brands and the growth of market-leading devices, within the reconstructive and plastic surgery market.
