On May 5, 2026, Inolex announced two key appointments: Jennifer O’Hara as director of marketing and commercialization, and Jennie Creech as director of product sustainability. The company hopes that these two appointments will help further the company’s goal to increase product launches and elevate customer experience.

Jennifer O’Hara previously served as the director of business development with Barentz and was a global marketing manager at Ashland. She has a degree in chemical engineering and more than 20 years of experience in personal care and consumer products.

“Jen has vast experience bringing new chemistry from concept to commercialization and ultimately, on to store shelves and into consumers’ hands,” said president Art Knox. “She has a deep understanding of Inolex chemistry and the solutions we provide, as well as empathy for customer and consumer pain points.”

Jennie Creech joined Inolex in 2019 and most recently served as a technical key account manager. She previously held positions in technical sales and R&D with Clariant. She has a degree in chemistry and will focus on the company’s bio-based, traceable, biodegradable and circular solutions.

“Inolex technologies elevate the consumer experience, making sustainability and performance inseparable,” said Miao Wang, vice president of research, development and commercialization. “The appointment of Jennie Creech to director of sustainability underscores our commitment to create safer, greener, simply better ingredients for beauty and personal care products.”

In addition to these appointments, Inolex also invested in its headquarters in Philadelphia, Penn. The Ingredient Design Center, set to open in 2027, will give the company access to a diverse consumer base to provide feedback on ingredients and prototypes.
