[VIDEO] How to Successfully Treat the Underlying Causes of Under-Eye Puffiness

Under-eye puffiness and dark circles are a problem that most of us can relate to. It is also a problem that doesn't just come with age, making men and women feel they appear older long before fine lines and wrinkles start to appear. Unfortunately, the underlying cause of an individual's under-eye puffiness could span a wide range of factors or multiple factors that are contributing to the problem. The answer could be as simple as lack of sleep or allergies, merely requiring patients get enough rest or take allergy medication to alleviate their symptoms, or a far more complex combination of factors that seem to persist despite attempting one treatment option after another. Under-eye bags are unfortunately the symptom of a wide variety of underlying conditions that are not always so easy to pin down.

In this video, MedEsthetics managing editor, Rebecca Lane, sat down with Rawn E. Bosley, M.D., FAAD, to dive into the underlying causes of under-eye puffiness and how to determine the appropriate treatment plan to address the root of the problem. Dr. Bosley discusses how to determine which underlying factors are responsible for under-eye puffiness, walking us through the simplest to the most confounding causal factors and how to best approach treatment depending on a patient's particular case. In addition, Dr. Bosley goes into some of the most difficult cases of under-eye puffiness he's been able to successfully treat with the help of Revision Skincare's new C+ Brightening Eye Complex, how it has allowed him to provide relief to those patients with under-eye problems that previously remained resistant to all treatment efforts, as well as ways to use the C+ Brightening Eye Complex in combination with other treatments. No matter the difficulty of your patient's particular case of under-eye problems, Dr. Bosley has the solution!
