Thomas Trey Sands, MD, a board certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Sands received his medical degree at Louisiana State University in New Orleans and trained in general surgery at The University of Texas. He completed his Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery training at Tulane University and is in private practice at Colon & Sands Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Metairie, LA.
