Since Ultherapy was initially FDA-cleared in 2009, the device was upgraded in 2024 to become Ultherapy Prime—featuring real-time imaging. Retaining efficacy for the face and neck areas, the non-surgical skin tightening device expanded its clearance for the body on Nov. 5, including the arms and abdomen.

Under this recent clearance, Ultherapy Prime will be applied for firming and toning the skin on the arms and abdomen.
