L'Oréal Announces Leadership Changes in Prestige Skin Care Category

L'Oréal has two new people in leadership.

Christina Fair- President, Active Cosmetics Division, North AmericaChristina Fair- President, Active Cosmetics Division, North AmericaL’Oréal USA has announced leadership changes within its Strategic Committee with the promotion of Marc Toulemonde to chief digital & marketing officer, L’Oréal USA, and Christina Fair to president, Active Cosmetics Division, North America. 

L'Oréal USA is the largest subsidiary of the L'Oréal Group. L’Oréal USA manages a portfolio of more than 35 beauty brands, including Carol’s Daughter, CeraVe, Essie, Garnier, Maybelline New York, NYX Professional Makeup, Lancôme, L’Oréal Paris, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, SkinCeuticals and Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.

Toulemonde has been president of L’Oréal USA’s Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) since 2014 and has had a long, successful career since joining the group in 1995.

Fair has led SkinCeuticals as general manager since 2018, elevating it to the No.1 medical professional skincare brand in the U.S. Fair previously served as vice president of global marketing for SkinCeuticals DMI.
