Zenoti, an AI-powered growth platform for medspas, salons and other beauty destinations, launched AI Workforce on Sept. 30—a suite of specialized AI agents designed to automate routine tasks and allow staff to focus on the client experience.
Built on insights from over 30,000 businesses across 50 countries, these AI agents—including AI receptionist, AI concierge, AI lead manager, AI marketer, AI scribe and AI dispute manager—each offer automation for tasks such as appointment booking, lead management, marketing and chargeback handling, per a Sept. 30 press release.
"Unlike traditional technology that supports tasks like appointment booking, campaign management or operations, AI agents...function as genuine team members," the company said. "This evolution unlocks new possibilities, enabling businesses to scale more quickly, enhance customer experiences and allow staff to dedicate their energy to creativity and personalized care."
Shifting from traditional software assistance to fully autonomous digital team members, this system could alleviate everyday tasks and prioritize the ebb and flow of personalization and ritualistic beauty, freeing up staff to deliver customized experiences as the industry hones in on this aspect.
Breaking down the role of each AI assistant, the receptionist answers every call, automatically booking appointments, handling FAQs, missed calls and rescheduling visits. The concierge, however, analyzes every customer interaction across phone, SMS and web to identify missed revenue opportunities and recover lost bookings through follow-ups.
Beyond scheduling, the lead manager captures and follows up with leads while providing automated alerts, centralized tracking and personalized engagement campaigns. The marketer looks at guest behavior and preferences to create marketing campaigns. Lastly, scribe essentially transcribes consultations and treatment summaries in real-time, and the dispute manager gathers transaction data, helping defend against payment disputes.
