On August 24, 20206, pure-play dermatology category leader Galderma announced the official opening of its U.S. and Latin America headquarters in Miami, establishing a new operational center for its U.S. business.

Galderma says the new hub will support its U.S. and Latin American operations, with a dedicated injection room for hands-on training and education for healthcare professionals. Galderma also plans to grow its Miami workforce to roughly 200 employees, reflecting the company's continued investment in the United States and marking another milestone in Galderma's long-term growth strategy.

The company says Miami was chosen because the market is a strong hub for dermatological skincare, aesthetics, and consumer health, aligning closely with Galderma's U.S. ambitions.

Miami also offers robust connectivity across the U.S. and Latin America, positioning it well to support Galderma's expanding business and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, partners, and customers across both regions.

"As our largest market, the United States is central to Galderma's long-term growth. This investment reflects our confidence in its continued expansion and our ambition to build Galderma into a dermatology powerhouse, scientifically, commercially, and operationally. By bringing key members of our U.S. and Latin America leadership teams together in Miami, we are creating a strategic hub that strengthens collaboration and enables us to execute our Integrated Dermatology Strategy with even greater impact," said Galderma's Chief Executive Officer, Flemming Ørnskov.

More importantly, the investment is another example of f the company's broader U.S. growth strategy. Galderma's reported $3.134 billion in first-half 2026 sales, up 24.6% year over year, while its Injectable Aesthetics business grew 12.1%.

That combination of capital, training infrastructure and portfolio expansion could translate into more education opportunities, stronger provider engagement and continued competition for share of the rapidly evolving medical aesthetics market.

"Our new headquarters reflects how we want to work – bringing together expertise from across the business so teams can collaborate more effectively and move with greater agility. It strengthens our ability to execute on our strategy while supporting Galderma's continued growth in the United States," said Silvina Nordenstohl, who is the AD Interim for Galderma in the U.S.
