Qtis.AI, the leader in aesthetics automation, is offering a first-of-its-kind platform that lets licensed estheticians and spa professionals upload their licenses and certifications.
The program, which will enter beta later this year and launch in 2027, is designed to centralize credentials often scattered across multiple organizations, making it easier for employers, partners, and customers to verify qualifications.

Participants will also have personalized landing pages, creating a trusted ecosystem where verified expertise can become a competitive advantage.
"The best technology doesn’t demand attention. It gives it back. Qtis.AI works quietly behind the business, so aesthetic professionals can focus on the work they love. They didn’t enter aesthetics to run systems. They entered it to transform how people feel. Qtis. AI takes care of the business behind their passion," Mark Swartz, Co-Founder of Qutis.AI, says to MedEsthetics.
For medspa owners, a centralized record of licenses and certifications brings several administrative advantages:
- Risk management: Easier for owners to verify whether employees and contractors have the credentials required for their roles and to track expirations.
- Hiring: Faster to vet estheticians and spa professionals during hiring or onboarding.
- Reputation and consumer trust: A medspa that can demonstrate that its providers are properly credentialed has a stronger trust proposition.
Qtis.AI currently has around 190,000 credentialed professionals on the platform. According to the company, its goal is to grow to 500,000 credentialed professionals by year-end, while building the infrastructure and partnerships needed to address a much larger portion of the approximately 6.2 million professional credentials that make up the broader U.S. opportunity.
Qtis.AI Today:
- 31 clinics and medspas are currently using Qtis, and 170,000 total patient clients are on the platform
- 89% of those on the platform prefer to chat with our AI Agent vs. going to a website or booking with the front desk
- Of those, 57% book a procedure or purchase a product with zero lift from the staff

“After more than a decade in aesthetics, I kept seeing the same challenge at every level of the industry: talented providers were spending too much of their time managing administrative tasks and disconnected systems instead of focusing on their clients. QTIS was born from recognizing that universal pain point and asking a simple question: how can we give providers their time back so they can focus on what they do best?,” said Nagmeh Hamaidian, who is the co-founder of the company.
