The workshop is titled “Digital Strategy Workshop,” and is designed to empower practice leaders to better understand and take control of their digital marketing.
Workshop participants will learn how to align their online marketing investments with their practice goals, improve internal marketing and patient retention, understand best practices for the most popular marketing channels and assess their current marketing performance against industry benchmarks.
The workshop includes a 20+ page workbook, with exercises for participants to complete prior to the course. These prep questions are designed to help uncover valuable, practice-specific insights that will maximize learning and value for practice leaders.
