RF Pro by Geneo is FDA-cleared for use by licensed estheticians in the U.S. in the non-invasive facial device category, according to a Feb. 3 press release.
The RF Pro technology is a noninvasive anti-aging step within the Glo2Facial that targets the dermis layer of the skin to boost collagen production and restore elastin for wrinkle reduction.
The Glo2Facial treatment, with seven customizations available, also includes Oxfoliation technology to increase oxygen levels and gently exfoliate. According to the release, the body responds to this technology by sending increased levels of oxygen to the skin for rejuvenation and absorption of active ingredients.
A lite ultrasound and detoxing massage is incorporated in the treatment to soothe the skin and reduce redness and puffiness with no downtime.
"RF Pro represents a groundbreaking advancement in skincare technology, marking the first FDA-cleared radio frequency modality available for licensed estheticians in the U.S.,” says Erin White, president of Geneo United.
