Allergan Launches New R&D Facility

Allergy has announced the opening of a new 93,000-square-foot research and development center in Bridgewater New Jersey. The state’s Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno, United States Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) and state Congressman Leonard Lance joined Allergan president and CEO David E. I. Pyott on September 4, 2012 to mark the grand opening. “I’m proud to join in celebrating this step forward for New Jersey’s thriving biotech and healthcare community with the expansion of Allergan’s operations to this new R&D facility, and especially proud to celebrate the hundreds of new, high-skill jobs it’s bringing to New Jersey,” said Senator Menendez. “This new facility is an investment in America’s Future, and investment in New Jersey’s economy and an investment in our nation’s intellectual infrastructure.”
