On August 19, 2026, Denver-based beauty technology company Pomp announced the launch of Pomp MD — a new ai-native retail operating system built specifically for medspas and multi-provider medical aesthetic practices.

Originally built for estheticians, POMP's new digital retail platform comes as the rapidly growing medical aesthetic market has struggled to meet medspa's scaling and sophisticated business models.

Pomp, which specializes in modern professional skincare retail, aims to bridge this gap by offering infrastructure that connects provider recommendations, patient purchasing, replenishment, retail performance, and rewards in one centralized platform without requiring additional inventory, fulfillment, or operational burden.

“Med spa practices are delivering cutting-edge treatments and building incredibly loyal patient communities, yet retail is still often managed through shelves, spreadsheets and disconnected systems,” said Shannon Erley, CEO and Co-Founder of Pomp. “We built Pomp MD because retail should be a meaningful, measurable and scalable part of the modern med spa business.”

Pomp MD's programming will give each practice a branded digital storefront, where providers can create personalized at-home regimens and recommend products to patients.

Additionally, patients can purchase and replenish directly through the practice, while Pomp handles fulfillment, shipping, and patient customer support.

Most importantly, practices can continue using their existing booking, EMR, and practice-management systems and selling the brands they already carry, while accessing more than 55 professional skincare and wellness brands through Pomp MD without additional inventory or large opening orders.

“Skincare is not an add-on to aesthetic medicine, it's an essential part of helping patients maintain and build on their results,” said Dr. Christine Ibrahim, MD, MPH, founder of Anaphora by Dr. Christine and Pomp Medical Director. “What patients do at home between appointments is just as important as what happens in the treatment room. Pomp MD gives providers a better way to extend that care through thoughtful, personalized at-home regimens.”
