Following Carmell Corporation’s acquisition of Elevai Labs to align with its bio-centric approach to aesthetics and skin rejuvenation, the corporation has rebranded to become Longevity Health Holdings. This rebrand reflects the company's plans to expand into potential new segments such as diagnostics and nutrition in the future.
“Our rebranding to Longevity Health Holdings signifies a strategic shift towards a more comprehensive approach to healthy aging,” says Rajiv Shukla, CEO of Carmell. “This new identity encompasses not only bio-aesthetics, but also positions us for future expansion into diagnostics and nutrition.”
Longevity Health Holdings acquired Elevai Labs in January [1], broadening Longevity's product pipeline and accelerating growth. This acquisition, Shukla says, created an opportunity to adopt a name that reflects the brand’s holistic vision for longevity and wellness.
Anti-aging solutions are at the core of Logevity’s technology. Since anti-aging is linked to cellular health, influenced by nutrition and diagnostics, this rebrand mirrors Longevity's efforts to find nutritional interventions that support the body's natural regenerative processes along with its technology, like exosomes, for skin health.
“Our rebranding reflects our commitment to integrating these elements—combining biologically driven skincare with personalized nutrition and diagnostics—to promote overall health and longevity,” Shukla says.
Per a March 10 press release, in addition to the company’s PRP Secretome technology, the acquisition of Elevai Skincare delivered a pipeline of innovative stem cell exosome technology.
Rebranding after an acquisition unifies the company's expanded vision, Shulka says, making it crucial to the trajectory of a company’s future.
“It signals to the market our broader focus on longevity and healthy aging, beyond our original scope,” Shukla says.
With this rebranding, several upcoming products will launch in the second quarter of 2025, he adds, including a hair growth serum, soapless facial cleanser, undereye crème and a toning moisturizer targeting the neck, décolleté and arms.
“While our corporate identity has evolved, the branding for our existing marketed products will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and familiarity for our customers,” Shukla says. “Looking ahead, we aim to integrate advanced diagnostics and personalized nutrition plans into our offerings, providing a holistic approach to health and longevity.”
