Titled “In Your Corner: The Power of Mentors & Sponsors,” the virtual webinar, scheduled for this fall, will bring together industry professionals to explore how meaningful workplace relationships can support career growth, leadership development and long-term professional success.

The interactive session will feature Alison Freedman, senior flavorist and creation lead at dsm-firmenich, and Lauren Wittenberg, head of mass channel and Canada at dsm-firmenich. Both speakers are leaders within the company’s Women Inspired Network employee resource group, where they support initiatives focused on professional development and inclusion.

The discussion will be moderated by Jenna Troyli, co-founder of Noted Communications LLC and WFFC Communications Chair.

According to Natasha Reed, president of the WFFC New Jersey Chapter, the event reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to helping F&F professionals build stronger networks and access resources that empower career advancement.

The webinar also supports WFFC’s recently relaunched mentorship initiative, reinforcing the organization’s focus on creating opportunities for connection and growth across all career stages.

Registration is now open through the WFFC events website. Admission is $15 for WFFC members and $30 for non-members and guests.
