In recent years, there's been a surge in patients asking their doctors about the latest and greatest skin care ingredients. Patients are increasingly curious about the ingredients in their products. It's becoming increasingly common for practitioners to field questions about trendy components like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and peptides, as well as cutting-edge elements such as exosomes and time-tested favorites like ceramides and botanical extracts. Understandably, patients want to know if these ingredients are compatible with their skin type, how effective they truly are, and whether they're safe for long-term use.
