DAXXIFY (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) injection is a prescription botulinum toxin treatment used in adults to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows.
Formulated with a peptide, DAXXIFY is designed to provide fast* and long-lasting† results. According to clinical data, patients reported measurable improvement within two days of treatment, while more than 50% had no or minor frown lines through six months following treatment based on physician and patient assessments.

In a survey of 149 patients, 94% preferred DAXXIFY over their previous frown line treatment at week two.
An open-label study also found that 89% of patients agreed their skin looked radiant or bright and 96% agreed their skin looked smooth in the glabella at the study endpoint. These were exploratory endpoints.

Approved Use
DAXXIFY is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used in adults to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows.
Important Safety Information
DAXXIFY may cause serious side effects that can be life-threatening. These may include problems swallowing, speaking, or breathing and spread of toxin effects, which can result in symptoms including generalized muscle weakness, double or blurred vision, drooping eyelids, changes in voice, and difficulty breathing or swallowing.
DAXXIFY should not be used in patients who are allergic to any of its ingredients, have had an allergic reaction to another botulinum toxin product, or have a skin infection at the planned injection site.
DAXXIFY dosing units are not the same as, or comparable to, those of other botulinum toxin products.
Patients should tell their healthcare provider about all medical conditions, medications, vitamins, and supplements, as well as any previous botulinum toxin treatments. The most common side effects include headache, eyelid drooping, and loss of ability to move the muscles in the face.
