IT Intelligent Treatment, a medical aesthetic clinic in New York, recently launched SomaCell, a non-surgical device delivering pain-free facelifts and body contouring, at its facility.
Kim Laudati, founder and president of SomaCell, says SomaCell restores facial contours without damaging the skin, unlike traditional treatments that rely on heat-induced dermal wounding.
“[SomaCell] repairs and restores facial contours without utilizing heat to dermally wound and damage the skin,” Laudati says.
SomaCell is also effective for body treatments, Laudati says, reducing the appearance of cellulite by increasing “metabolic activity, improving blood flow and enhancing lymphatic drainage to tighten and lift the skin.”
SomaCell was introduced through IT Intelligent Treatment because it is synergistic with many existing surgical alternatives, including neurotoxins, laser treatment, RF, RF/MN, IPL and Biologics, Laudati adds.
Laudati developed SomaCell to treat connective tissue disorders such as laxity, wrinkles and sagging, while enhancing skin quality by stimulating a natural, regenerative response without pain, downtime or limitations on sun exposure.
“Our goal is to provide a natural treatment that is not dermal wounding, provides easily reproducible results, would treat all Fitzpatrick [skin tones]a, does not need pain management or sun withdrawal time, [and] SomaCell meets… these goals,” Laudati says.
