Monday, October 10, is World Mental Health Day. The World Health Organization says that the day is designated "to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health." 

To celebrate and help raise awareness around mental health in the beauty industry, we've rounded up ten posts from salon professionals with tips and advice they would give to help others in their industry practice proper self-care and wellness around their mental health.
