Remedy Place, an up-scale social wellness club in New York, has announced the release of their at-home NAD+ Smart Pens that will be sold online exclusively in the U.S.
Through a partnership with U.K.-based, NADclinic, each pen will retail for $500 a piece, designed to last 30 days and to be used several times a week. Each pen has 1000mg of pharmaceutical-grade NAD+ to be refrigerated for at-home use that can be injected on command.

NAD+ is an organic coenzyme naturally found within cells that assists in converting food into energy and DNA repair. The coenzyme, however, diminishes with age. As a result, NAD+ injections have become a popular anti-aging ingredient go-to for wellness spas, offering the supplement in a variety of ways, from IV drips and shots to transdermal patches and skin care.
While those who’ve adopted the shot into their lifestyle report a boost of energy, mental clarity, reduced inflammation among other benefits, infusions typically require long recovery time and can cause nausea, stomach cramps, etc.
Remedy Place’s at-home NAD smart pen minimizes these aftereffects while making the clinical benefits more accessible.

Remedy Place founder and CEO, Jonathan Leary, DC, described the product as a "game changer" in an interview with The New York Post. He cited the product's flexible dosing—allowing for injections of 50mg to 125mg per session—as the key benefit.
“I think it’s always important, just like an ice bath or a sauna or a workout program or a nutrition program, like you want to titrate it based on how you feel, and then you can up accordingly,” he said the publication.
While injectable NAD+ products are treated like prescription medication and generally must be prescribed by a licensed physician because Remedy Place ships their pens their U.K.based distributors, consumers can purchase them without a prescription.
The launch highlights a growing demand for aesthetic and wellness services beyond the traditional clinic setting and an industry shift to longevity-focused therapies that are more accessible, faster, and offer greater control to the consumer.
