ISAPS 2024 Global Survey: U.S. Leads in Cosmetic Procedures, Eyelid Surgery Surpasses Liposuction

The 2024 Global Survey on Aesthetic and Cosmetic Procedures was presented by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at the ISAPS Olympiad World Congress in Singapore. They reported that the U.S. performed the most cosmetic procedures in 2024, followed by Brazil and Japan, with over 6.1 million procedures completed. The survey revealed a 42.5% worldwide increase in cosmetic procedures over the last four years, with practitioners performing 20.5 million non-surgical procedures and plastic surgeons performing over 17.4 million surgical procedures.
