The Core Aesthetics Training Institute will host its second annual Core Mastery Summit on May 2 to May 4 at the Caesar's Republic Scottsdale. Focusing on emerging technologies, physician development, community and the future of aesthetic entrepreneurship, industry experts will lead the curriculum.
Gregory A. Buford, MD, founder of the institute, will lead the summit, where attendees can expect group breakout sessions to discuss aesthetic advancements, networking opportunities, and learning how to navigate the success and failures associated with entrepreneurship, specifically within the aesthetics industry, and how to fuel growth.

To equip attendees with pragmatic strategies, tools and resources to elevate their practices, attendees will review a course called "Weight Loss Revolution & Beyond," hosted by Johnny Franco, MD. The course will go over trending GLP-1s and the latest methodologies in integrating a weight loss component to their medical spas.
Buford says the emergence of GLP-1 peptides has reshaped the understanding of optimal aging, presenting a paradigm shift in how medical professionals approach weight management and aesthetic wellness.
The summit will provide an in-depth exploration of how to establish a robust GLP-1 practice within a medspa, focusing on holistic patient care and optimal health outcomes, he says.
