As practitioners and brands intersect closely to serve patients but also professionals, Beauty Rep launched Nov. 17. The new platform particularly caters to aesthetic practitioners, supporting brand-practice relationships by providing a place to track analytics, share product education and offer marketing support.
The analytics brands can access through Beauty Rep include account-level insights and performance data to help with sales strategy and marketing ROI, according to a company press release. Brands can also upload training and education for clinicians using and supplying their products, while also being able to share promotional materials and campaigns with practices to boost patient engagement for the practitioner and the brand. For practices, on the other hand, they can browse, sample and order products from multiple brands to discover new products that may pertain to clientele. This also allows them to communicate directly with brand representatives. Clinicians can learn about ingredients, protocols and treatment integrations within Beauty Rep, with education linked to each product to stay knowledgable about new emerging solutions.
The marketing support that practitioners receive include downloadable digital assets and co-branded materials to support patient engagement and retail flow. “Beauty Rep is a digitally optimized service offering in an ecosystem that helps brands scale efficiently while elevating the experience for practices," said Olivia Schmid, COO of Beauty Rep.
