Hugel, who also produces other injectables, including hyaluronic acid fillers and skin boosters, as well as absorbable sutures, exosomes and skincare [1], initially launched Letybo in South Korea in 2016. Before its rollout in the U.S in mid-2025, the injectable was FDA approved in 2024.
Approved in the US, China and Europe, Letybo is now available in 69 countries, and its dermal fillers sold in 53 countries. As Letybo freshly integrates into the U.S aesthetics market, the recent appointment of Strom as CEO marks a strategic move to accelerate Hugel’s growth and presence in this region.
"Ms. Strom is a proven enterprise leader who we are confident will lead Hugel to the next level," said Suk Cha, chairman of the Hugel board of directors. "We look forward to accelerating our expansion in the Americas and other key global markets under her leadership."
