Nouryon's Luminous Layers serum is said to impart a gliding, lubricating feel upon application, then quickly absorb into skin. Per the company, it provides a smooth feel and gives skin a moderately radiant look. The hydrating product is described to be suitable for normal to dry skin.
Featured Moisturizing Ingredients
The formula showcases two ingredients from Nouryon:
- Cekol 150 (INCI: Cellulose Gum), a low-viscosity, crystal clear gum for moisturizing feel; and
- ElfaMoist AC humectant (INCI: Acetamidoethoxyethanol), a readily biodegradable 100% active ingredient the proves up to 30 hr of moisturization.
