DermapenWorld has appointed Tracey Hughes as the General Manager for its global haircare division leading the Exo-Grow brand. Hughes was the founder of Mieka Hairdressing and is recognized for her innovative approaches to hairdressing education and leadership in her previous roles across multiple brands before joining Dermapen. Hughes’ position comes in the wake of the launch of the Dermaceuticals Exo-Grow collection, a range designed to leverage exosome technology to support follicle regeneration and hair growth.
