Per an August 25 press release, PatientFi's partnership with Aesthetic Record consolidates financing options, medical records and loyalty rewards programs directly within the Aesthetic Record platform—an addition to PatientFi's existing partnership with Galderma. The financing system works by applying using a soft credit check. If approved, funds are stored in a reusable digital wallet that stays available for future use. Patients can redeem and apply Asoire Galderma Rewards points directly at checkout.
“Once approved, patients can choose a plan that fits their needs [and] begin treatment right away," says Ray Bassi, SVP of commercial at PatientFi. “[The] first payment is not due until 30 days after the transaction is processed.”
Approved funds remain active for up to 120 days in the digital wallet. If a patient needs additional funds, they can request an increase or refresh their approval within the platform at any time, Bassi explains. "The digital wallet is exclusively tied to the originating practice, which builds long-term loyalty and makes it easy for patients to return for future treatment."
The practices using Galderma’s portfolio of products, including Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra, benefit from waived processing fees when using PatientFi.
“Taken together, this partnership aligns incentives for both the practice and patient—helping providers operate more efficiently while making elective procedures more accessible to the consumer,” Bassi says.
